NOVA & CO. — UI Design + WordPress Development

I designed and developed the homepage for Nova & Co, a modern furniture brand. The brief was simple: make it feel timeless, not trendy.

Design: I led the UI from scratch — split-screen hero to let the product breathe, a refined serif headline (“Furniture Made to Outlive Trends”) paired with clean sans navigation, and a warm, earthy palette pulled straight from the photography (sage, stone, terracotta). The layout is intentionally spacious, with a single terracotta CTA to drive focus without shouting.

Development: Built on WordPress with a lightweight custom theme. No heavy page builder — I wrote custom CSS for the grid, typography scale, and hover states to keep it fast and pixel-perfect to the design. Fully responsive, optimized images, and clean, editable blocks so the client can swap products without breaking the layout.

Result is a calm, editorial storefront that loads fast, looks premium on mobile, and actually feels like the furniture it sells.
